How do I cancel a dispute and get a refund?

If you accidentally initiated a chargeback instead of requesting a refund, several banks allow you to cancel the dispute within 10 days. However, charging back a legitimate transaction can result in fees for us, lead to permanent account suspension, and potentially delay refund processing (as we reserve the right to challenge your dispute with the bank).
